How long does it take to get our academy running?

Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents can use the link-based portal in a browser for enrollment, fees and progress reports. The mobile app is optional and mainly used by coaches for attendance and session logs.
Can we run multiple centres or grounds on one account?
Yes. Centres, grounds and nets are separate entities with their own batches, coaches and schedules, rolled up into one revenue and attendance view for the academy owner.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export your full athlete roster, fee history and attendance records to spreadsheet format at any time, without contacting support. There is no export fee and no lock-in period on monthly plans.
